Betty J. Baker, 81, a former resident of Bunker Hill Rd., Town of Oswego, passed away, Monday, April 19th, 2010 at University Hospital, Syracuse.
She was the wife of the late Donald J. Baker who passed away in 2001.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Alice (Wager) Spicer.
Mrs. Baker loved to sew and make crafts. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and grandchildren.
Surviving are two daughters, Donna Baker of Oswego and Robin Parkhurst of Hannibal; one son, Gary (Linda) Baker of Oswego; one brother, Kevin Spicer of Oswego; five sisters, Beverly Morgia of Oswego, Marlene Raponi of Oswego, Geraldine Jones of Oswego, Karen Murtha of Florida and Janet Meskers of Pennsylvania; six grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by 12 brothers and sisters.
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.
Burial will be in Oswego Town Rural Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
