Beverley Osborne O’Donnell

FULTON, NY – Beverley Osborne O’Donnell passed away on June 15, 2016.

Beverley was born on January 3, 1929, to the late Mark and Myrtle Darling Osborne in Fulton, NY.

Beverley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics and Teaching Certificate from Syracuse University where she was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. In addition to teaching,

Beverley worked as a home economist for International Harvester and served as a foods judge at the New York State Fair.

She took great comfort from her strong Christian faith.

Beverley was an avid reader, radio listener, passionate supporter of education and a founding member of the Bowling Green C.O.D.A group.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Carlyle Osborne and Neil Osborne; and her husband of 61 years, Edwin L. “Ted” O’Donnell.

Her brother, Ronald Osborne, passed away July 1, 2016.

Beverley is survived by her sisters, Audrey Hansen and Sheila Hayden; children: Beverley A. O’Donnell, Dr. Richard O’Donnell (Carmen), Deborah Wilson, Heather Sisler (Steve), Elizabeth De-Armond (Don), David O’Donnell (Christina) and Dr. Kathryn O’Donnell; grandchildren: Courtney O’Donnell, Patrick O’Donnell, Glenn Wilson (Ashton), Aaron Wilson, Megan Howes (Oliver), Heidi Sisler, Nicholas Sisler, Laura Sisler, Julie Sisler, Mark O’Donnell, Anna O’Donnell; great-grandchildren: Edward and Theodore Howes and Greyson Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held graveside at Mount Adnah Cemetary , Fulton, on June 10 at 11 a.m.
