OSWEGO, NY – Catherine A. Lacey, 89, a resident of Oswego, passed away Sunday June 24, 2012.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Augusta (Lass) Hill.
She was employed for General Electric in Syracuse for many years. She previously worked at Taggart’s.
Kay enjoyed spending time outdoors and yard work.
Surviving are a daughter, Kayla (Clarence) Brooks of Oswego Town; a son, Joseph (Kathy) Lacey Jr. of Scriba; a sister, Charlotte Lowery of North Syracuse; seven grandchildren, Brandon, Bonnie and Brian Mandurano, Kira and Keelan Scarantino and Eamon and Lacey Forsythe; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Leo Lacey; and one brother and four sisters.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at the Nelson Funeral Home.
Entombment will be in All-Saints Mausoleum, St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.
