Helen Jane Pittsley, 63

OSWEGO, NY – Helen Jane Pittsley, 63, of Scriba passed away Sunday November 11, 2012, at Oswego Hospital.

She was born in Beacon, NY.

She was the widow of Richard Pittsley, who died April 16, 2007.

She had been employed for many years at the Oswego Branch of Key Bank.

Helen was board member of the Oswego Women’s Bowling Hall of Fame.

She loved going on ocean cruises.

She is survived by one son, Robert Gessner III and his fiancé Nicole Joseph of Hannibal; one brother, William Myers of Hyde Park; her companion with whom she had recently resided, Michael Novak of Phoenix; two grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Funeral services will be Friday 11 a.m. at the Lycoming Methodist Church.

Burial will be in North Scriba Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held Thursday 4-7 p.m. at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
