Judith M. Astle, 72

OSWEGO, NY – Judith M. Astle, 72, a resident of the town of Oswego, passed away Sunday October 11, 2015.

Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Roger and Gladys (Scott) Randall.

She was a member of the Oswego Town Volunteer Fire Department and served as secretary on the executive board.

She was an active member of The Southwest Oswego Methodist Church, now Journey of Faith.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and caring for her family.

Survivors are two daughters, Susan Curtis of Idaho and Christina (Jon) Int-Hout of Hannibal; one son, Jeremy (Heather) Astle of  Oswego; one sister, Louise Pritchard of  Oswego; four grandchildren, Shane Guernsey, Mackenzie Astle and twins Kelci and Kaitlynn Astle.

In addition to her parents, she was the widow of Harold P. Astle, who died in 2007; one sister, Gladys Pritchard; and one brother, Donald Randall.

There are no calling hours or services.

  1. Jeremy, Susan and Tina. I am so sorry about your Mom. I had such wonderful times with her at the Fire department. When I was Secretary and she was Asst. Secretary we were a force! I have some wonderful memories with her and will always hold them close. May God Bless her and all of you.
