  11. I am so saddened by Kathy’s passing. I met her about 4 years ago. We became friends. She was one of the most intelligent people I have ever known. She just wanted people to listen to her. She helped me through some really rough times and was a great listener and gave really good advice. The last time we talked she did not have the energy for a conversation but we told each other we were dear friends and loved each other. I am so thankful that those words were said. At least she knew she had a dear friend who loved and accepted her. To her family I am sorry for your loss, I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Kathy and I often prayed together and would want her family to strive to follow God as she did. I was blessed to have known her .
