OSWEGO, NY – Marion A. Brace, 98, of Oswego, passed away on Wednesday January 6, 2016, at St Luke Health Services.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Celia (Mott) Pollock.
She was self-employed for a number of years here in Oswego as a beautician.
She was an avid reader and she loved and looked forward to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s visits.
Surviving are her daughter, Mary Lee Andrews of Oswego; one son, Robert Brace of Oswego; five grandchildren, Mark Lytle, Stephanie Brace, Stacie Pryor, Becky Holcomb and Robert Brace Jr.; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Brace, in 1981; her son, Richard Brace; and her sister, Margaret Brace.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday from St. Mary’s Church.
Calling hours will be held 4-7 p.m. Friday at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.
