OSWEGO, NY – Nancy J. Bidinger, 66, of Minetto, died Thursday March 10, 2016, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse.
Born in Canastota, NY, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Inez (Bortle) Bidinger.
She was predeceased by her brother, P.J. Bidinger.
She received her Master’s Degree at Pace University.
Nancy was a retired Family Nurse Practitioner at Oswego County Opportunities Inc., a leader in Women’s Health Care.
Nancy was loved and respected by all who knew her.
She enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
She spent her whole life caring for others.
She valued family gatherings where she created meals and memories for everyone.
She loved spending the summers in Assateague Island with her daughter and close friends.
Surviving are her daughter, Chelsea (fiancé Jon Beeles) Kaye-Bidinger, of Phoenix; a sister, Susan (Denis) Flynn and children Kathleen and Devin Flynn; two aunts, Nancy Walker of Massachusetts and Audrey “Sudy” Olesh, of Syracuse.
Calling hours will be held 1-3 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.

So sorry to hear about Nancy she was a very caring person. She was my nurse practitioner at OCO. My heartfelt condolences go out to her family she was a wonderful person.
I am truly saddened to hear of Nancy’s passing. She was a beautiful and vibrant soul who touched many people’s lives. The community has indeed suffered a loss and we should be grateful she shared so much of herself with us.
My sympathies go out to Nancy’s family and please know many are grieving with you at this difficult time.
