Veronica C. Krolik, 94

OSWEGO, NY – Veronica C. Krolik, 94, of Oswego passed away Monday April 1, 2013, in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

She was born in Oswego and was the daughter of the late Jacob and Mary Koraswo Cerklivich.

Mrs. Krolik was the wife of the late Joseph Krolik, who died July 25, 1964.

She graduated from Oswego High School.

She had been employed for more than 30 years with Auxiliary Services at SUNY Oswego.

She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church.

She was past president of the Oswego Polish Club Ladies Auxiliary, a member of the Oswego City Senior Citizens and a volunteer with the Oswego Hospital Women’s Auxiliary knitting group.

She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and wintering in Florida.

Mrs. Krolik is survived by her son, Robert M. (Mary Beth) Krolik of Oswego; and six grandchildren whom she enjoyed spending time with.

She was predeceased by her son, Stanley Krolik; one sister, Stella Austin; and one brother, Michael Cerklivich.

Funeral services will be Monday April 22, at 11 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church.

Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.

There are no calling hours.

  1. My friend Augue Bendzunas was a good friend of Veronica. I had met Veronica at the retirees lunches in August on our first day back to work. She was a very kind woman. Augie always had nice things to say about her. Now Augie and Veronica can continue their friendship in heaven! You have my sympathy, Barb Hall
