OSWEGO, NY – Amy M. Burt, 26, died Wednesday August 6, 2014, in Oswego.
She was born in Lancaster, NH, and she had been a resident of Oswego for five years.
Amy enjoyed being a mom to her three children, Paiytynn, Jaice and Gavan Thomas all of Oswego.
She is also survived by her boyfriend of five years, Shane Thomas of Oswego; mother, Lisa Cook of Oswego; father, Burton Burt of Kentucky; three siblings: James Hollenbeck of Vermont, Kristian Burt of Fulton and Kerri-Ann Johnson of Oswego; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no funeral services.
Burial will be held privately.
Calling hours will be conducted Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Sugar and Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego, NY 13126.

Amy , you have no idea how many miss you… You were a great person, a great girlfriend , and great sister , but most of all you were an amazing mom. Those three children looked up to you and you gave them all they needed plus more. Its crazy how it feels like yesterday staying up all night with you and Shane , calling Calioes for some food and our walks. Its been over a month sense you’ve been gone but your still on my mind any a lot of others aswell . Gone but never forgotten. R.I.P Fly high Beautiful Angel. Love You . <3
