I am saddened to learn that Bart is no longer among us, but in my mind, he still is..
Bart and I developed a ‘common interest’ friendship over the last few decades, and I built up a respect for him based on those family principles of hard work and self sufficiency that he lived by.
We need more men and women who will live their lives the way this man did.
Rest in peace, Bart. You did good.
