HANNIBAL, NY – Charles E. Blair, 66, of Hannibal, died Wednesday Jan. 4, 2012, at Oswego Hospital.
Mr. Blair was born in Burlington Vt., and has been a resident of the Hannibal area for most of his life.
He was retired from Anheuser-Busch, Radisson as a machinist.
Mr. Blair served in the Air National Guard.
He was a member of the Battle Island Golf League, and the Experimental Aircraft Association.
Mr. Blair was predeceased by his daughter, Carol Blair; son, Joey Blair; and brother, David Blair.
Mr. Blair is survived by his wife, Cleta Blair, of Hannibal; son, Gary Blair of Fulton; daughter, Jackie Blair of South Carolina; brother, Phillip Blair of Fulton; sisters, Victoria Girvan and Virginia Slingerland both of Vermont; grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be 2 -4 p.m. Saturday at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego.
Burial will be private.
