FULTON, NY – Donald J. O’Bryan, 59, of Fair Haven, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday August 14, 2017, after a courageous fight with cancer at University Hospital, Syracuse.

He was born in Auburn, NY, to the late Donald J. and Elaine (Scott) O’Bryan Sr.
Mr. O’Bryan had been a resident of the Fair Haven area for most of his life.
He became certified as a truck driver 39 years ago and had been employed with McLane Northeast, Radisson, NY.
He was predeceased by his infant daughter, Amanda O’Bryan, in 1989.
Mr. O’Bryan is survived by his three children: Jessica O’Bryan, Magen (Keaton) Doyle and Donald J. O’Bryan III all of Fulton; two brothers: Michael O’Bryan of Jamesville, NY, and Lance O’Bryan of Fair Haven; one sister, Shannon Vanderstouw of Oregon; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, August 19, at the Emmanuel Baptist Bible Church 15564 State Route 104 Martville, NY.
A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m.
Burial will be held at Springbrook Cemetery, Fair Haven.
The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton, has care of the arrangements.
