OSWEGO, NY – H. Lewis Lower, 75, of Oswego, died on Friday January 10, 2014, in Crouse Hospital, Syracuse.
He was born in Fulton the son of the late Lewis and Christabelle Lower.
He owned and operated Lower’s Insurance in Oswego.
He is survived by his daughter, Leslie Chase of California.
A gathering will be held Sunday at Bridie Manor from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego.
