John P. Lackey, 72, of Fulton died Tuesday in the Oswego Hospital.
He was born in Oswego the son of the late Samuel and Julia Lackey. Mr. Lackey served in the United States Navy from 1955 until 1957. He owned and operated Riverview Construction in Fulton. Mr. Lackey served as a non-denominational minister.
He is survived by his wife Deanna C. Lackey of Fulton, daughters Deanna M. (Eric) of Phoenix, Michelle (Steve) Jacklett of Fulton, his brother James Lackey of Oswego sister Shirley Cappa of AZ, six grandchildren, two great granddaughters.
Funeral services and burial will be private. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home Inc. 224 West Second Street, Fulton.
