FULTON, NY – Michael A. Delaney, 5, of Fulton, died Tuesday March 6, 2018, in University Hospital, Syracuse, due to complications with Cystic Fibrosis.
He was born in Syracuse, the son of George and Tina (Mothersell) Delaney, of Fulton.
He enjoyed playing outside with his family and their pets, going fishing, and four-wheeling.
He was a student at Lanigan Elementary School, Fulton.
In addition to his parents, Michael is survived by his siblings, Tara Mothersell of Pennsylvania, Elizabeth Delaney of Fulton and Trevor Delaney of Fulton; his maternal grandparents, Bruce Lambertson of Central Square and Autumn Stoneburg of Central Square; maternal great-grandmother, Cathy Stoneburg of Brewerton; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Michael was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Charles and Rose Delaney.
Calling hours will be Monday 3 – 5 p.m. at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc. 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.
Burial will be private.
