Peter Kudwa, 99

FULTON, NY – Peter Kudwa, 99, of Fulton died Saturday, March 30, 2013, at St. Luke Health Services, Oswego.

He was born in Fulton, and he remained a life resident.

Mr. Kudwa retired after 35 years of service as a Machinist with Armstrong World Industries, Fulton.

He was a life member of the Fulton Polish Home and he was an avid fan of local baseball and softball games.

Mr. Kudwa also enjoyed golfing and fishing.

He was predeceased by his wife, Lena Kudwa.

Mr. Kudwa is survived by two children: Joan (John) Ezzo of Fulton and Robert (Nancy) Kudwa of South Carolina; four grandchildren: Lynn (Sean) Haste, Christine Ezzo, Amy (Barry) Dunham and Kelly Kudwa; four great-grandchildren: Alison, Steve, Sydney and Samantha; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services and burial will be conducted privately at the convenience of the family.

  2. We just saw a photo of Bob and Mr. Kudwa on his 99th birthday. Mr. Kudwa was the benchmark senior citizen in our neighborhood; when my Dad’s health was failing, he would ask if Pete Kudwa was still out walking around the block… he looked up to Pete for trying to keep in shape.
    We are sorry for your loss, Bob and Joanie.
