FULTON, NY – Phyllis E. Jackson, 73, of Fulton, died Sunday March 29, 2015, at Oswego Hospital, Oswego, after a brief illness.
She was born in Syracuse, NY, to the late Raymond and Esther (Maloney) Combs.
Mrs. Jackson retired as a manager from K-Mart, Mattydale, NY, after working for 25 years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Neil Jackson; and granddaughter, Christina Elkin.
Mrs. Jackson is survived by her five children: Scott Jackson of Camillus, NY, Tracy (Michael) Elkin of Fulton, Neil Jackson of Cato, NY, Brian Jackson and Lisa (Thomas) Searor both of Fulton; four siblings: Charles (Lois) Maloney and Beverly (Lester) Grome both of Baldwinsville, NY, Shirley (Jack) Whipple of Florida and Thomas (Cindy) Maloney of Auburn, NY; 12 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Sugar Funeral Home, with Deacon Melvin J. Anthony Jr. officiating.
Burial will be held privately.
Calling hours will be conducted Thursday from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Sugar Funeral Home, 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.
