FULTON, NY – Rhoda A. Brown, 89, of Fulton, died Saturday December 9, 2017, in Crouse Hospital, Syracuse.
Mrs. Brown was born in Lysander, NY, the daughter of late Newton and Genevieve Ward.
She worked for General Electric, Syracuse, as a painter until her retirement in 1975.
Mrs. Brown enjoyed watching NASCAR.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frank N. Brown, in 2006.
Mrs. Brown is survived her son, Randy (Jean Allen) Brown of Fulton.
Services and burial will be private.
The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.

With a heavy heart I,(we) are so sorry to hear that Rhoda passed away. Thank you Jean for calling me. As a child if I wasn’t with my parents I was with Rhoda, she was my other mother and I have so many fond memories that I hold deep in my heart.
