Richard A. Walpole, 68

FULTON, NY – Richard A. Walpole, 68, of Fulton, died Thursday January 17, 2013, peacefully with his family by his side at Oswego Hospital.

Mr. Walpole was born in Oswego, the son of the late Thomas and Beatrice (Bocco) Walpole.

Mr. Walpole was a former employee of Nestles Co., Fulton and worked as temporary employee for the NYS Power Authority, Oswego.

He was a former member of the Fulton Moose Lodge.

Mr. Walpole is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sandra Walpole of Fulton; children, Kelly (Robert) Budd, of Brewerton, Richard (Barbara) Walpole of Michigan and Michael (Tracy) Walpole of Mexico; brothers, Thomas Walpole of Liverpool, Ronald (Bette) Walpole of Rhode Island and Donald (Angie) Walpole of Rochester; grandchildren, R.J., Rebecca, Colin, Kerrigan and Emma; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 9:30 a.m. in Holy Trinity Church, Fulton, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Steven Wirkes.

Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Oswego.

Calling hours will be conducted 4 to 6 p.m. Monday at the Sugar Funeral Home, 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton. missing or outdated ad config
