Joseph Charles Scanlon Howland, infant

Joseph Charles Scanlon Howland, infant son of Charles and Johnna Scanlon Howland of Oswego, suddenly went to heaven, Thursday at the Oswego Hospital.

In addition to his loving parents Johnna and Charles, Joseph is survived by his beloved sisters Francesca, Josephina, and twin brother John. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents Shawn & Theresa Sugar Scanlon of Oswego, paternal grandparents Charles and Barb Howland of Fulton, maternal great grandmother Mary E. Sugar, several uncles, aunts, and cousins. Joseph was predeceased by his maternal great grandparents Joseph and Barbara Scanlon, and John P. Sugar Sr., and his paternal grandmother Jacqueline Mangano.

Funeral services will be Monday 9:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, Oswego. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 West Fourth Street, Oswego.

    I am so sorry to hear about the your Grandson and Son. There are no words that are suficient to provide comfort for such a loss. I hope you find some comfort in the time you were able to have with him and see his spirt in John. My deepest condolences to the entire family.
