Kenneth J. ‘Mickey’ Pryor Sr., 74

OSWEGO, NY – Kenneth J. “Mickey” Pryor Sr., 74, a resident of Liverpool, and a former resident of Oswego, passed away Monday March 22, 2010, at the Francis House in Syracuse.

Mr. Pryor was born in Oswego, the son of the late William and Anna (Geers) Pryor.

He had formerly worked at the Remington Arms Co. in Ilion.

After his retirement from Remington, he was employed by the McIntosh Box and Pallet Co. in Liverpool.

He is survived by two daughters, Christine Barclay of California and Barbara (Scott) Watson of Cortland; two sons, Kenneth (Diana) Pryor Jr. of Liverpool and Leo (Brenda) Pryor of Fulton; two brothers, Gerald Pryor of Oswego and Paul Pryor of Ilion; two sisters-in-law, Inez Pryor and Rose Pryor, both of Oswego; six grandchildren, Tiffany, Scottie, Jason, Melissa, Amanda and Brittany; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.

Spring burial will be in Peck’s Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, prior to the service, at the funeral home, 112 E. Second St., Oswego.

  2. My deepest condolences to the entire family. Although I haven’t seen Uncle Mickey in many years, I have lots of memories. So sorry.
