Mary Elizabeth Mitchell, 91 years of age, passed away on December 19, 2020. She was born on June 8, 1929, in Syracuse, New York, to Florence Mabel (Teachout) and Clarence Earl Richardson. Mary is survived by three children: Stephen of New City, NY (Penny), Alainie of Springfield, MO (Denny Stevens) and Leeland of Fulton, NY (Carolyn Beckwith);4 grand-children: Kelly, Keely, Jana, and Liam; and 3 great-grand-children: Brynn,Edith,and Miles. Mary was preceded in death her husband Lee and eldest son, Jonathan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, Springfield, MO. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Patterson Cemetery, Springfield, MO
