On behalf of the Mayor’s Office
My name is Heather and I knew your brother in Cortland. He was a friend that changed my life and some of my most cherished memories were spent with “Ray” on a six weeks camping trip we took. He was a gift to me at a very difficult time and my son and I will forever hold those memories very dearly. I am deeply sorry for your loss. He was a brilliant human being.
