Stephen L. Turner Sr., 52; of Fulton.

He was born in Syracuse, NY and he has been a resident of Fulton all of his life. Mr. Turner was past employed as a Machinist, and Computer Programmer involved with quality control at Fulton Tool, Fulton, NY. Mr. Turner was pre-deceased by his son Joseph Turner in 1982, his father Richard Turner, and step-dad Peter Kaminuk.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years Joyce Turner of Fulton, his sons Stephen Turner Jr. of Syracuse, and Michael Turner of Fulton, his mother Rebecca Kaminuk of Fulton, siblings: Richard (Cindy) Turner of RI, Marybeth Pepper of Fulton, David (Diane) Turner of Fulton, and Charlotte Goss of Fulton, 1 grandson Kolson Turner, his mother-in-law and father-in-law Carmela and Jay Yager of Fulton and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services and Calling hours will be held privately. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton has care of the arrangements.

    Steve was a great person to work with and have as a friend. We will miss him.
    He was always interested in the well being of others and tried to help them.

  5. I remember working late at Fulton Tool with Steve trying to gather data to satisfy a picky customer. We learned a lot then. Steve will be missed. – Dave E.
