Letter to the Editor by Martha Marshall.
I have a simple question for Will Barclay. He currently represents the 120th Assembly District, which includes Oswego County; the Cayuga County towns of Ira, Sterling and Victory; and the Jefferson County towns of Adams, Ellisburg, Lorraine and Worth.
In January 2020, he was elected unanimously by his colleagues as the Leader of the Assembly Minority Conference.
My question is what is your opinion of the J6 who were tried and convicted or pleaded guilty particularly of seditious conspiracy and the more important concern I have is regarding those charged and convicted or pleaded guilty of a assaulting 80 US capital police and 60 metropolitan police department officers.
You have always stated that you are a supporter of law-enforcement and so I ask what is your opinion?

The law says they were pardoned and nothing more is required Besides that was a federal government overreaching the Constitution and not following several constitutional amendments. But funny how you never mentioned the corruption by the FBI and the Justice Department under the Biden administration. And Will Barclay has nothing to do with the Federal Government or the President of the USA who’s ability to Pardon.
