Rep. Claudia Tenney needs to do the job she was elected to and start representing her constituents. We’re barely two months into a new administration and confronted daily with headlines regarding the totally chaotic management of our government. Whether vital questions of national security or issues that hit closer to home, nobody seems to know what’s going on, least of all those that will bear the brunt of these massive shifts in programs and policies, you and me. Veterans, farmers, families with kids, seniors, students all forced to live day to day wondering how to run their businesses, or count on the health care they’ve relied on for generations, or the social security they paid into for a lifetime, or how much higher their grocery bill will be next week. We need answers in order to manage our lives, and we need to have a voice in the decisions that so heavily impact us.
Listening to our concerns and taking them to Washington is exactly what Ms. Tenney was elected to do. Instead she has shucked her obligations and literally gone AWOL, refusing to hold public meetings with her constituents, citing threats received by her office. It’s unfortunate that she’s subject to the cowardly threats that seem to prevail these days. But so are thousands of other elected officials who still show up, meeting the public and doing their jobs every day. Claudia Tenney needs to do the same, and start meeting directly with her constituents now!

She is doing her job! She has voted for the bills set forth by the House as we the majority voted for. You think we want to go back to the last four years under the leadership that put us into this mess. It has only been Les then two months and you are complaining that nothing is done. Good luck with that message we know better and Claudia Tenney is doing what we the majority voted for her to do. Keep up the good work Claudia.
