To The Editor:
Quietly, Fulton lost one of the nicest and sincere man in the city.
Sam Vescio was probably one of the most prominent characters the city has ever had.
He was a friend to most everyone including prominent, rich and poor.
He always had a smile and was known for the corniest jokes he always related.
The city and his friends will miss him.
In one fleeting moment, we lost a great Fultonian.
I will miss him but will know that he made Fulton better.

Would be nice though if his name was spelled right –Vescio. But all written was sheer truth…he was blessing and a true gentleman too.
