Does anyone really know? There’s a lot of talk about how to spend this DRI(Downtown Revitialization Initiative) money. Downtown Fulton is in a swamp west of the lake. It’s been there since the 1960’s. If you want to do something to help life in Fulton, focus on the poor quality of the neighborhoods. That’s where we live. Not in some city parking lot!
