Oswego Airman Graduates Basic Military Training

OSWEGO, NY –  Air Force Airman Ronald J. Miller graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Miller is the son of Avis Miller of West Eighth Street, Oswego, and grandson of John Krupa of State Route 38, Martville.

He is a 2005 graduate of Oswego High School.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in 2009 from the State University of New York, Fredonia.
