OSWEGO, NY – Many of the thousands of visitors who attend Oswego Harborfest this year will be delighted to see the return of the Oswego County Antique Show organized by the Heritage Foundation of Oswego County.
The show will be held in the Historic Oswego YMCA Armory at 265 W. First St. on July 28 and 29 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
While there is limited adjacent parking, the event is on the trolley route so it’s easily accessible from any of the Harborfest designated parking areas. Admission is $3 per day with all proceeds to benefit the Heritage Foundation of Oswego County.
Show goers will find unique antiques being sold by friendly and knowledgeable dealers from all over Central New York and beyond.
Many of the dealers are also interested in buying and when available will give free estimates on pieces brought by the public.
During its hiatus, the event was missed for more than its selection of antiques.
“Being one of the only indoor attractions at Harborfest, it allows visitors an opportunity to beat the July heat or escape the rain and enjoy an activity they may not normally partake in,” remarked committee chair Austin Wheelock.
Heritage Foundation of Oswego County, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to promote and protect the historic and architectural landmarks of Oswego County.
