Police Identify MVA Victim
The victim of the one-car roll over MVA has been identified as Maryfrancis Goulet of 69
Goodfellow Road, Fulton.
Goulet was travelling westbound on West Utica Street when an unknown medical condition caused her to lose consciousness, police said.
She then crossed the eastbound lane striking a tree before the vehicle rolled onto its roof.
Goulet was conscious and alert upon arrival of emergency personnel.
The victim’s condition is reported as being stable and currently being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

OSWEGO, NY – At 4:18 p.m. today (April 11), the Oswego City Police and Fire departments responded to a report of a roll over motor vehicle accident at West Utica and Dublin streets.
The sole occupant, a 49-year-old woman, has been transported from the scene by Oswego City Fire Department ambulance and is being airlifted to University Hospital, Syracuse, to be treated for unknown injuries.
Police are on scene investigating the cause at this time.
