MEDFORD, Mass. – Several members of the Oswego State men’s and women’s indoor track and field teams wrapped up their season by competing at the Tufts University Last Chance Meet on Saturday.
Joshuwa Maiolo (So., Rome, N.Y.) posted the best finish with a second-place showing in the long jump with a distance of 20 feet, 3 3/4 inches. Matt Wagenhauser (So., Greenlawn, N.Y.) crossed the finish line in a time of 50.70 seconds to place third in the 400-meter dash. He was also a member of men’s 4×400 relay that finished fourth with a time of 3:27.04. Other members of the relay included Ryan Brennan (Jr., Syracuse, N.Y.), Nick Reinsdorf (So., Niverville, N.Y.) and Andrew Baldwin (Jr., Fulton, N.Y.). Reinsdorf teamed up with Ben Sweet (Sr., Pine Bush, N.Y.), Thorin Kane (Sr., Dewittville, N.Y.) and Noah Carroll (Jr., Fulton, N.Y.) to place eighth in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:28.64.
Brittany DalCais (So., Hewitt, N.J.) cleared a height of 11 feet, 1/4 inch (3.36m) to finish tied for fourth place in the pole vault. Katie Bott (Jr., Camillus, N.Y.) posted a time of 2:20.05 in the 800-meter run to place eighth. Bott and DalCais teamed up with Kristen Harrigan (So., Buffalo, N.Y.) and Marissa Pariseau (So., Somerset, Mass.) to place seventh in the 4×400 relay with a time of 4:08.32.
