Pet of the Week – Snickers

OSWEGO, NY – Don’t worry about Snickers’ eye. It’s fine, she just ALWAYS closes at least one eye when you try to take her picture.

" data-medium-file="" data-large-file="" class="size-medium wp-image-188587" src="" alt="Snickers" width="300" height="357" srcset=" 300w, 150w, 768w, 460w" sizes="(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px" />

She is a pretty muted calico tortie with an impish personality.

She’ll play with people, just not “up close”  – so laser pointers and fishing pole type toys are her favorites.

She happily sleeps with the other cats in her foster home and plays with them, too.

And she’d certainly keep any house mice in check as an added bonus!

It will no doubt take her time to acclimate to a new home but she’s a beautiful kitty and will be an entertaining pet, just not the “sit on your lap” kind.
