On 7/24/20 at 3:51 p.m., Duncan G. Richey, 29, of 202 Stuart Ave, Shelbyville, KY was charged with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and issued a UTT for Following too Closely after a traffic stop was conducted on I-81 South in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Richey is scheduled to appear in the Town of Hastings Court on 8/12/20.
