LYSANDER, NY – State Police in Lysander have arrested the following subjects on the following respective charges. Said arrests stem from investigation into two burglaries and several larcenies which occurred over the summer at the Radisson Greens Golf Course on Potter Road in Baldwinsville.
Stolen were multiple items including two long guns, gun ammunition, a computer, plastic gas cans, soft drinks and multiple bottles of liquor from the course’s restaurant/ bar. The larcenies involved the theft of gasoline from an exterior gasoline storage tank used to fill golf carts.
All of the subjects were arraigned in Lysander Town Court, and the investigation is continuing.

Joseph Gutierrez, dob 11/03/89, 3151 Cadys Arbor in Radisson.
(2) counts of Burglary 3rd degree.
Stephen Szabo, dob 12/27/91, 6350 Rte 31, Cicero, NY.
(1) count of Burglary 3rd + (1) count of Petit larceny.
Joshua Laing, dob 08/08/90, 410 Florida Rd, Mattydale, NY.
(2) counts of Burglary 3rd + (1) count of Petit larceny.
