Wright, 31, of 114 Doris Park Dr., Constantia, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV, 2nd degree (license revoked on 8/16/03 for Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, 6 scoffs on 3 dates) and Speed in Zone following a traffic stop on Lower Rd. in the Town of Constantia during a STEP speed enforcement detail. Mr. Wright was arraigned before Hon. Judge Inman, Town of West Monroe Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $2500.00 bond with a return to Town of Constantia Court on 8/31/09.
On 8/26/09 at 7:59 p.m., Richard L. Pacific, 61, of 914 State St. Apt #3, Watertown, NY was arrested for DWI, DWAI, Drinking Alcohol in MV on Highway and Failure to Keep Right stemming from the investigation into a reckless driver report on I81 north bound, in the Town of Hastings where he reportedly drove on the shoulder of the roadway and then crossed tow lanes towards the median before back over to the shoulder where it drove along the rumble strips on the shoulder. Mr. Pacific was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Hastings Court on 9/9/09.
