On 8/25/09 at 10:00 p.m., Roger L. Breckenridge, 20, of 392 Pople Ridge Rd. Apt # 131, Mexico, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Amboy Court charging him with Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor and Criminal Trespass, 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor. Mr. Breckenridge was arraigned by Hon. John Kaminski, Town of Williamstown Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $800.00 cash or $25000.00 bond with a return to T/O Amboy Court on 9/8/09.
