On 7/23/08 at 10:00 p.m., Jermaine J. Eubanks, 34, of 358 Grove Street, Buffalo, NY was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nd, Public Lewdness and Harassment, 2nd after an incident that occurred at a Town of Oswego business in which he allegedly made rude comments to one of the employees before going outside the establishment and urinating out of a vehicle into the parking lot. When he was asked to leave he began yelling then got into the car and after lurching forward backed up and then drove the vehicle faster toward an individual striking the person’s shins. Mr. Eubanks was arraigned in Oswego Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $ 500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond. There is still an ongoing investigation with the Oswego City Police Dept.
