On 7/28/08 at 10:30 a.m., Jeffrey A. Ramos, 21, of South 3rd Street Bldg# 367 Apt. # B, Fulton, NY was arrested at the Oswego County Correctional Facility where he is a current resident, based on a warrant out of the Town of Volney charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th . Mr. Ramos was arraigned in Volney Town Court and remanded back to the jail on $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bail bond. He is due to return Volney Town Court on 8/11/08.
On 7/28/08, Joshua R. Lannie, 20, of 158 SR 69A, Parish, NY was arrested at 3:53 p.m. for Reckless Driving, a misdemeanor, Unlicensed Operator and Uninspected Motor Vehicle after a traffic stop on US Route 11 in the Town of Hastings of which was initiated after he was reportedly observed driving at a high rate of speed and passing on a double solid line. Mr. Lannie was arraigned in the Village of Central Square Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bail bond. He will return to the Central Square Village Court on 8/6/08.
On 7/28/08 at 2:25 p.m., Joel A. Lewis, 22, of Parmley Drive Bldg# 2, Constantia, NY was arrested for Burglary 2nd, a class C felony resulting form the investigation into an abandoned vehicle on Grannis Rd., in the Town of Constantia. After searching the woods for a possible owner patrol happened upon Mr. Lewis of which reportedly was found to be carrying a screwdriver, pocketknife, rings and currency. As Mr. Lewis was being taken into custody, an individual stopped and informed patrol that they had been burglarized. Mr. Lewis was arraigned in the Town of Constantia Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $5000.00 cash or $10000.00 bail bond. He is due back in court on 8/25/08.
