On 7/30/08 at 2:43 p.m., a 16 year old female residing in Baldwinsville, NY was arrested on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Hastings Court charging her with Petit Larceny. She was arraigned in Mexico Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bail bond. She is scheduled to appear in Hastings Town Court on 8/4/08.
On 7/30/08 at 5:37 p.m., Karen S. Goppert, 37, of 103 Senior Ave., Fulton, NY was arrested for Forgery, Second Degree ( 2 counts) and Grand Larceny, Third Degree, both class D felonies, after the investigation into a larceny complaint made by a Town of Oswego business in which she wrote checks out of their account and deposited them into her own. Ms. Goppert was arraigned in the Town of Oswego Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500.00 cash or $2500.00 bail bond. She is scheduled to return to Oswego Town Court on 8/4/08 to answer to the charges.
On 7/30/08 at 4:18 p.m., Donna L. Kent, 52, of 1309 CR 6, Fulton, NY was operating a 2006 Ford pickup eastbound on SR 3 in the Town of Granby when she reportedly fell asleep and after waking up realized she was on the north side of the road, overcorrecting caused the vehicle to overturn on the south side of the road. Ms. Kent was taken by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
