Oswego County Sheriff’s Office 08/11/2008

On 8/08/08 at 11:22 a.m., Daniel M. Lambert, 29, of 268 South Fourth St., Fulton, NY, was arrested based on an Oswego County Family Court Warrant issued by the Hon. David J. Roman charging him with violation Article IV of the Family Court Act (failure to pay support).  Mr. Lambert was arraigned before Judge Roman and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,500 bail bond.  He is scheduled to return to court on 8/27/08.

On 8/09/08 at 12:30 a.m., Dwayne T. Head, 20, of 1020 CR 25, Apt. 1, Oswego, NY, was issued a Criminal Summons from Town of Oswego Court charging him with Harassment, Second Degree, a violation, stemming from an incident that occurred in May when he allegedly yelled and pushed a female victim.  Mr. Head is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Oswego Court on 8/18/08.

On 8/09/08 at 10:31 a.m., Richard E. Burdick, Jr., 44, of 790 French St., Parish, NY, was arrested based on an Oswego County Family Court Warrant charging him with violating Article IV of the Family Court Act (failure to pay support).  Mr. Burdick was arraigned before Town of Mexico Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond.  He is scheduled to appear before Oswego County Family Court on 8/11/08.

On 8/10/08 at 10:23 a.m., Jeffrey A. Ormsby, 21, of 282 Baum Road, Hastings, NY, was observed driving southbound on Baum Road in the Town of Hastings with one headlight.  A subsequent traffic stop led to him being charged with Operation While Registration Suspended, Unlicensed Operator, Inadequate Lighting, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Operation Without Insurance.  Mr. Ormsby was released to a third party on tickets returnable to Town of Hastings Court on 8/25/08.

On 8/10/08, Kristen M. Carroll, 21, of 242 Durbin Road, Hannibal, NY, was operating a 2000 Chevrolet suburban westbound on SR 104 in the town of Oswego at 1:31 a.m. when she lost control at Jackim Road causing the vehicle to leave the roadway on the south shoulder, striking a house at 7271 SR 104, and breaking the natural gas main, before striking a utility pole, breaking it in half.  The vehicle then came to rest against a group of trees.  Ms. Carroll, the sole occupant, was transported by ambulance to the Oswego Hospital.  Alcohol and failure to keep right appear to have been contributing factors.  Ms. Carroll was ticketed for Driving While Intoxicated and Failed to Keep Right.  The incident remains under investigation at this time.

On 8/10/08, Tammy M. Sears, 38, of 3845 Mosley Road, Cazevonia, NY, was arrested for Harassment, Second Degree, a violation, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a domestic incident that occurred on 8/09/08 during which she was reportedly observed smoking marijuana in a Bernhards Bay residence which led to an argument during which she allegedly threw items around the house and caused damage to the residence by putting her fist through a hollow wooden bedroom door, all while in the presence of a minor.  Ms. Sears was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Amboy Court on 8/19/08.

On 8/10/08, Jason P. Flynn, 36, of 134 Crandell Road, Hannibal, NY, was arrested based on a Family Court Warrant issued by the Hon. James Metcalf charging him with violating Article IV of the Family Court Act (failure to pay support).  Mr. Flynn was arraigned before the Hon. Michael Sterio, Town of Oswego Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond.  He is scheduled to appear before Oswego County Family Court on 8/11/08.
