Oswego County Sheriff’s Office 08/13/2008

On 8/8/08 at 3:03 p.m., David A. Michel, 57, of 100 Voorhees Rd., West Monroe, NY was operating a 2000 Dodge on I-81 northbound in the Town of Hastings, when the vehicle reportedly rear ended a 2004 Lexus being driven by John J. Harrington, 49, of 102 Lilac Ln., Scranton, PA. Obstruction of view seems to have been a contributing factor as it was allegedly raining heavily at the time of the accident. Mr. Michel was issued a ticket for following too closely.

On 8/11/08 at 3:00 p.m., Kathleen M. Andrews, 38, of 316 S. 6th Street, Fulton, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, 3rd and Operating a Vehicle with an Expired Inspection after a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Granby. Ms. Andrews was released on UTT’s and then transported to the City of Fulton PD after it was revealed that she had an active warrant for her arrest. She is scheduled to appear before the Town of Granby Court on 8/25/08.

On 8/12/08 at 9:50 a.m., Brandy N. Evans, 21, of 5523 State Route 104, Oswego, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor and Conspiracy, Sixth Degree resulting from the investigation into an incident which allegedly occurred at a Village of Pulaski business where she had been giving and receiving discounts on items from within the store that she was employed by. Ms. Evans was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges on 8/20/08 at the Village of Pulaski Court.
