On 10/28/08 at 4:06 p.m., Joshua D. Gaffney, 18, of 1632 Co. Rt. 48, Lacona, NY and Ethan T. Cobb, 19, of 225 Parish Woods Rd., Parish, NY were arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rd (2 counts each) and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree( 3 counts each), stemming from the investigation into incidents which reportedly occurred at the A-P-W High School in March 2008 where the windows and mirrors were smashed out of a driver education vehicle and also multiple vehicles in the Town of Williamstown had been vandalized. Mr. Gaffney and Mr. Cobb were released on appearance tickets, returnable to the Town of Williamstown on 11/18/08.
