On 10/29/08 at 12:00 p.m., Joseph D. Fayette, 31, of Mill St. Bldg#725, Watertown, NY was turned over by a Parole Officer in Watertown to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office who arrested Mr. Fayette on a bench warrant out of Oswego County Court charging him with Burglary 3rd. Mr. Fayette was released on cash bail and will return to court at a later date.
On 10/30/08, John D. Alling III, 21, of 294 Melon Rd., Williamstown, NY was arrested on a warrant issued by the Town of Clay Court charging him with Petit Larceny. Mr. Alling was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Dept for further processing.
