Oswego County Sheriff’s Office 11/20/2008

On 11/18/08 at 7:49 a.m., Shane M. Casselman, 31, of 2576 Co Rte. 12, Central Square, NY was arrested on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Salina in Onondaga County, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.  Mr. Casselman was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Dept.

On 11/19/08, Lois M. O’Donnell, 43, of 655 South Main Street, Central Square, NY was arrested at 2:30 p.m. for Grand Larceny, 3rd degree (2 counts), a class D felony and Falsifying Business Records, 1st degree, a class E felony (2 counts) stemming from the investigation into an incident in which fraudulent transactions were made with a gas credit card at a Town of West Monroe business, where she was an employee.  Ms. O’Donnell was arraigned before the Hon. M. Stetson and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000.00 cash or $20000.00 bond.

On 11/19/08 at 4:55 p.m., James M. Debiase, 64, of 123 E. 4th Street, Oswego, NY was arrested on a warrant issued by the Town of Mexico Court charging him with Petit Larceny.  Mr. Debiase was arraigned in the Village of Pulaski Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $2500.00 bond.  He is scheduled to appear in the T/O Mexico Court on 11/25/08.

On 11/19/08 at 8:00 p.m., Kyle R. Moore, 16, of 773 SR 104B, Mexico, NY was arrested for Burglary, Third Degree, a class D felony stemming from the investigation into the break in at St. Mary’s Church in the Village of Mexico in which two gold plated chalices and one silver chalice along with three vestments and some wine were reportedly taken out of the Sacristy room.  Mr. Moore was arraigned by Hon. Judge Conger and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or $5000.00 bond with a return to court date of 11/25/08.  This case remains an open investigation.
