On 11/25/08 at 12:46 a.m., a 17 year old male residing in the Town of Scriba was arrested at his residence charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor stemming from the investigation into a domestic dispute in which he allegedly threatened physical violence towards an individual in the presence of a child less than 17 years of age. He was arraigned in Scriba Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250.00 cash or $500.00 bond with a return to court date of 12/4/08.
