On 4/3/26 at 9:21 p.m., Martin Joseph Switzer-Hand, 36, of Clay was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Switzer-Hand was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/4/26 at 11:18 p.m., Bella Brooke Seymour, 24, of Fulton was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Seymour was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/5/26 at 7:03 p.m., Dawn M. Peters, 45, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Peters was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/6/26 at 10:56 a.m., Michael Norman Stahl, 63, of Mallory, NY was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Stahl is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/20/26.
Mr. Stahl was also arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Stahl was turned over to the Fulton Police Dept. for further processing.
On 4/6/26 at 5:24 p.m., Timothy J. Dullen, Jr., 45, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Obscenity, 3rddegree and Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Dullen was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/7/26 at 12:13 a.m., Clifton L. Vickers, 36, of Rochester, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Village of Pulaski. Mr. Vickers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/7/26 at 9:30 a.m., Desiree S. Hoffman, 32, of Albion was arrested for 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Parish. Ms. Hoffman is scheduled to be arraigned on 4/21/26 in CAP Court.
On 4/7/26 at 12:29 p.m., Joshua G. Rayder, 40, of Amboy was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy Court. Mr. Rayder was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Rayder was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, 1stdegree, a class E felony based from Corrections Law of the Sex Offender Registry. Mr. Rayder was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/7/26 at 1:00 p.m., Jayzon J. Crump, 26, of Syracuse, NY, was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Crump was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/8/26 at 12:51 a.m., Christopher T. Gunther, 35, of Albion was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, both out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Gunther was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Gunther was arrested for Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Gunther is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/22/26.
On 4/8/26 at 2:21 p.m., Alex Michael Cronk, 27, of Syracuse, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Cronk is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/22/26.
At the same time, Mr. Cronk was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Onondaga County Probation Dept. Mr. Cronk was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 4/9/26 at 12:47 p.m., Jackson M. Kent, 28, of Oswego was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree; and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Kent was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/9/26 at 3:31 p.m., Kyle Anthony Robinson, 32, of Clay was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Robinson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/23/26.
