On 4/11/25 at 6:05 p.m., Robert A. Fratus Jr., 60, of Weedsport, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Cayuga County. Mr. Fratus was turned over to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 4/11/25 at 9:55 p.m., Tabbatha J. Kimball, 34, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Kimball is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/25/25.
On 4/11/25 at 10:37 p.m., Xavier M. Izyk, 20, of Granby was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nddegree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Izyk was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/12/25 at 12:21 a.m., Brad A. Whitford, 42, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree, following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Whitford was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/12/25 at 7:50 a.m., Christopher T. Gunther, 34, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Gunther is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/26/25.
On 4/12/25 at 10:31 a.m., Eric S. Gates Sr., 37, of Scriba was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Gates was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/12/25 at 6:29 p.m., Lori C. Viscome, 56, of Granby was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, 2nddegree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Viscome is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/26/25.
On 4/12/25 at 7:55 p.m., Sophrona L. MacDonald, 18, of Hannibal was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Ms. MacDonald is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court 4/26/25.
On 4/12/25 at 8:51 p.m., David A. Hill, 54, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Hill was also arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of NYSP Hastings. Mr. Hill was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/13/25 at 1:05 p.m., Justin J. Gibbs, 35, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing; Harassment, 2nd degree; and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Gibbs was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/13/25 at 11:27 p.m., Devon J. Rogers, 31, of Constantia was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 3rddegree, a class B misdemeanor and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Rogers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/14/25 at 12:01 p.m., Shelly M. Wickberg, 32, of Monticello, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Wickberg was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/14/25 at 1:35 p.m., Megan E. Lough, 30, of North Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Lough was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/14/25 at 2:30 p.m., Dean L. Crandall, 19, of Hannibal was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Crandall was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/15/25 at 1:29 a.m., Natalie Marie Griffin, 19, of Palermo was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony; and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Griffin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/15/25 at 2:05 a.m., Michael J. Scott, 60, of Keystone Height, FL was arrested for Menacing, 3rddegree following an incident in the Town of Boylston. Mr. Scott was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/15/25 at 7:27 p.m., Alicia Amy Handville, 46, of Granby was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Handville is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/29/25.
On 4/16/25 at 12:11 p.m., Tanya M. Searle, 38, of Baldwinsville and Sonya M. Phillips, 41, of Unknown address were arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Tanya was also arrested based on two Arrest Warrants issued out of
NYSP North Syracuse. Tanya was turned over to the NYSP for further processing. Sonya is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/30/25.
On 4/16/25 at 1:51 p.m., James Bryan Hansen, 73, of Constantia was arrested for Menacing, 2nddegree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Constantia. Mr. Hansen was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/16/25 at 2:03 p.m., Matthew F. Reylea, 34, of Blossvale, NY, was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Reylea was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/16/25 at 3:10 p.m., Patricia A. Rupert/Harvey, 47, of Granby was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Rupert/Harvey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/16/25 at 7:04 p.m., John N. Driggars, 24, of Hastings was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Driggars is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/30/25.
On 4/17/25 at 10:45 a.m., Charles L. Akers Jr., 51, of Newark, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Akers was arraigned in CAP Court.

On 4/17/25 at 6:47 p.m., Timothy L. Benway, 32, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Conspiracy, 5thdegree; Possession of Burglar Tools; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree, a class D felony; and Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Benway was arraigned in CAP Court.
