On 6/21/24 at 9:30 a.m., Michael Ryan Hegmann, 32, of Oswego was arrested for Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child, 1st Degree, a class B felony following an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Granby. Mr. Hegmann was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 622/24 at 12:58 a.m., Devin M. Gauger, 36, of Hannibal was arrested for Resisting Arrest following a traffic stop in the City of Fulton. Mr. Gauger is scheduled to be arraigned in Fulton City Court on 7/11/24.
Following the same traffic stop, Tiara J. Abbott, 31, of Fulton was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree. Ms. Abbott is scheduled to be arraigned in Fulton City Court on 7/11/24.
On 6/22/24 at 6:33 p.m., Brandy L. Smith, 33, of Oswego was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident that occurred in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Smtih was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/24/24 at 7:28 a.m., Tony E. Brock, 48, of Schroeppel was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Brock was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/25/24 at 12:14 p.m., Matthew Ryan Losito, 31, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Losito is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/9/24.
On 6/25/24 at 2:31 p.m., Benjamin Paine, 66, of Unknown address was arrested based on n Arrest Warrant issued out of Ontario County. Mr. Paine was turned over to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 6/25/24 at 5:27 p.m., Joshua A. Bender, 34, of Richland was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Cicero. Mr. Bender was turned over to the Cicero PD for further processing.
On 6/26/24 at 6:42 p.m., John W. Broadhurst II, 34, of Lacona was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Lacona. Mr. Broadhurst was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/27/24 at 12:46 p.m., Joshua J. Nichol, 20, of West Monroe was arrested for 2 counts of Petit Larceny following two separate incidents in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Nichol is scheduled to be arraigned on 7/11/24 in CAP Court.
On 6/28/24 at 10:21 a.m., Joseph W. Blair, 19, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Blair was arraigned in CAP Court.
